Changing the welcome email

Hi

I'm setting up a new forum at http://www.propertytalk.com but it's sealed right now. I need to change the "thank you for registering, how about you do this other stuff too" email but can't find the template for it.

Can anyone point me in the right direction?

Any hacks to send this email as html?
