I've tried to get a nice look, without "skin overkill", slimmed out the CMPS page and the forums, Now let me hear your thoughts please.

Something I have noticed, I have 2 domain names, wagnertech.net and moparperformanceforums.com, the site is setup under WT, and MPF is forward to WT, If you use MPF you will always have the scroll bar at the bottom, as if the site is to big for 1028x768 yet works fine under WT?? How can I fix this?

Long story short - your site has way too much going on. It doesnt draw interest.
You have 94 links on your homepage, 80 are to outside sites.
You have an elaborate clock, fun links, daily smile, auto humor, the arcade, the stock report, webrings, top 100 lists, etc etc etc etc etc. This is all on the homepage.
In the forums you have the shoutbox, large graphics that make your individual forums almost un-locatable, all this scrolling stuff. Its all confusing - your description was: Everything related to MOPARS & HARLEY DAVIDSON. Links, Pictures, Articals, Forums,
Classifieds, Auctions, EBay, Clothing, Chat Room, Guest Book, ...
Typos everywhere and no real theme.
WAY too much going on my friend. You need to go back to basics. WAY back. Like to stock and start from scratch. Focus on ONE thing - forget all the add ons. QUALITY not quantity.
Get a simple 800x100 banner for the top, forget the skin. If it moves, scrolls or changes, dont put it up. If you dont need it - dont have it. Focus on getting members and posts - not on the "cool" stuff

Well - not much - mostly because I didnt find much besides the fluff - got tired of looking.
What is your goal? Harleys or Mopar? Do you know something about the subject? Do you know where to find people to join your site?

I can't really speak on behalf of technicality but that stretched banner catches my eye. I think it's the combination of the red and the size.
