NO webdesign/graphics needed, will provide my own.

-Constantly Updated Stock “Ticker” on the Main Page with an “Delay” of no more than 5-10 Minutes if possible.
-Admin Panel with complete control of the whole site with ability to post Annoucements, News, Edit Banners, Ads and Links, and anything on the Main Page.
-Ability to add stocks, changes prices.
-Ability to add player profiles, change player info.
-Bulletin Board(such as PhpBB) Intergradable
-Online Portfolios
-Overall Standings
-“Groups”: Users can create/join private/public groups with other members (admin ability to restrict this create/join access to certain “Upgraded” members with the abliby to turn that function on or off)
-Registration Process - Abilty to sign up for an One week trial membership, after that must upgrade to an Paid Membership(paypal enabled)-prices able to be adjusted in admin panel

Somone has offered to do the following Script for $200:

On this new site there will be pay subscriptions availabel at 3 levels (1 month, 6 month, 1 year)..

I was thinking of the following prices:
9.95, 19.95, 29.95

This Investor would get a cut of all provides made on subsriptions, affilate programs, and advertisement.

If the total site costs $400 to put up(that's example);
The invester will own 50 percent of the company and get 50 percent of all profits.
