New vb Styles site

Hello friends...been awhile since I've been here. I've been hard at work setting up a new site for custom vB styles. I would appreciate some feedback on the site, it's layout, etc. I have a complimentary skin posted as well for anyone who would like to expand their collection ;)

Also, I know we have lots of Realtor sites here, and I have been considering making a style geared towards that genre...I would love to hear thoughts from those of you with that type community as to what you think the demand might be for a style like that.
