how can you get this up online in Google?

That is the most annoying page I've ever been to, sorry.

To get in google, get backlinks.

You cant - it wont. It takes too long to load and has nothing to index, no text. I waited 2 mins and the page hadnt finished. I dont even know whats on it besides a black box and some ads.

To be blunt, that's both annoying and dumb. First, if you're trying to concentrate PageRank (I assume that's the reason), this won't do it -- you do it by making your backlinks consistent. If absolutely necessary, use mod_rewrite. Second, if you want to concentrate PR, do it to the www version, not the one without -- that's what most people will type by default. Third, if you want to do a redirect using the refresh method, use a delay no shorter than 10 seconds. Fourth, if you want to do a redirect that actually works, use a 301 permanent -- there are a few different ways to do this depending on what your server supports and what kind of server you're on.

Next, you get to a landing/splash page with some sort of Flash (I guess - I don't wait for those things to load and most other visitors won't either) with NOTHING / ZERO for Googlebot to index.

Next, you get to "page2" and guess what? Annoying music with no way to turn it off -- perfect! AND... little or no text to index... AND... what little there is is spammy:

followed. a little further down the page, by:

Getting listed in Google isn't your biggest problem - it will be finding anyone who actually stays long enough to let those pages load and does anything but click away if they do wait that long.

My apologies if this seems overly blunt but you have some major work to do if you want to do anything with this site...
