I'm a vbulletin newbie.

I started using vbulletin in March of this year and found vbwebmaster.com through vbulletin.org. After using XOOPS, Mambo and other content management systems and bulletin boards systems, I must say that vBulletin is quite solid and bug free.

My main reason for perusing vbwebmaster is the SEO. You guys seem to be quite adept at explaining these things simply. I'm very curious about SEO and am trying to understand what each crawler looks for.

I will ask many stupid questions, so be gentle :confused:

Welcome to VBW, many say that vB is search engine friendly right out of the box, others think there are many things one can do to improve your "spider love".

I would say that you should start a thread on it in the SEO forum so you can get some answers.

This is your welcome thread and we have to keep it on topic...

So welcome to the forum and get those threads started to keep things interesting, we have some great vB webmasters that can give you some technical information on SEO'ing your forum.
