Please be aware that this site is being setup for a friend who doesn't know anything about this but wanted a forum. So, any suggestions you have I will definately write down and try to get put in.
If not in this forum, then into a different forum I will be starting soon.

OK, you still have the default out-of-the-box vB style. You might like to have a go at some form of customisation by playing with the CSS colours in AdminCP, or perhaps by ammending one of the free or commercial styles available out there.
There's not much to comment about re the default vB style, please let us know when you do your thing to it...:)

Hey thanks for the input. I will be working on some graphics customization of my own. Seems to me the only "Customization" out there is simply changing some of the graphics and the colour sheme. The styles I have seen I have not be real impressed with. One of the reasons I would like to see a wrapper in mambo since I can really customize the site.
If I am missing something as far as customization let me know.

Well I found a portal I REALLY Like and it's FREEEEEEEEEEE :D :D :D :D
MKPortal. While vbAdvanced was nice, it didn't have really anything I wanted. But, MKPortal fits the bill without a lot of hassel. It even looks like a great replacement for Mambo at this point. It came with a lot of different features right out of the box. BTW this is not spam.
I always encourage everyone to find what works for them, everyone has different tastes. Check out my site and let me know what you think.
