i am looking to customize my vbulletin forum so that it does the following:
sticky threads are automatically displayed in alphabetical order
all other threads are displayed with according to most recent post (default vbulletin way)
if you're interested in taking this on, let me know what you'd charge. i'd prefer to pay via paypal, and would prefer if you have your own vbulletin that you can do testing on if you need to.
