Can You Make This Happen?

Looking to hire someone who can "help" me get my page looking the way I want it to look. I currently have vPortal but do not care if this is used or not.

I got vPortal for a few important reasons. 1) It has a classified feature (which I can't figure out). 2) It creates an integrated Front Page & 3) It has ad banner integration.

*Thinking of getting PhotoPost Classifieds to use for the classifieds vs. the vPortal classified feature. (Thanks Keith!)

I would like the page to look something like this image: http://www.csraclassifieds.com/thecsrafrontpage.jpg with all of the information coming from my vBulletin boards, classifieds area and of course the banners.

Can anyone make something like this happen .. AND .. if so, what would you charge to make something like this happen?

Well, my budget isn't super high .. but I'm not looking for someone to do this for free or a few bucks either. While you've asked for this not to be kicked back .. I'm sort of at a loss of what to say.

I hate to quote a price and turn everyone a way with it being too low when it's possible that I could come up with a little more. AND .. I certainly don't want to insult anyone with a figure that's insanely too low for the kind of work this will require.

Can I get any type of idea of the price that you would consider charging for this type of job?

EDIT: I also have no idea of what this requires .. is this something that one of you experts could kick out in an hour or would this require days worth of work? That would certainly help to determine a price.

It's about nine templates and a bunch of PHP. A solid days work most likely IMO.

You seem to understand, but many have asked for similar for $5.00. There is two hours work just to get started getting aquainted and getting access before the first line of code is written in all hacks. It's hard to get folks to realize that too often.

Well, as I've said .. I'm certainly not loaded but realize that since I'm brain dead and can't do the work myself, I need to pay for it. My husband would kill me if he saw this (he's cheap but doesn't know this web site ;p) but can we start some type of discussions at around $100.00? If that's way off base, then the job is over my budject (which I can certainly understand) .. if I'm just a tad off base then I'm more than happy to work with you (or someone) .. if I'm on target .. whoot! :)

**Still need to buy PhotoPost Classifieds unless you have a better solution. Am also very open to comments and ideas for the site that might make more sense then what I've come up with.

Like everyone, I've been so busy .. finally had a chance today to do some work on getting the site looking the way I would like it to look (in HTML, I'm too 'to0pid to wire it all together with vBulletin) ...

Just keep in mind that changing to vB 3.5, if you ever plan to do that in the near future, will change everything for the most part.
