Very good start! Now play with the CSS settings and get the colors of the forum closer to the header.

WTG!

You know the forum was completely different colors...very close to the colors of that header and it hurt our eyes and alot of the text was not showing up...I got such a headache I thought I would do this and when other things have been sorted come back to it fresh one day. Thanks for the encouragement. It really does mean alot :)

I have a suggestion for you. If you are going to use the current default vB Style for the time being, you might like to have a think about making the header extend across the width of the forum instead of just sitting there in the centre.

You can do this by adding a background image to the current image header cell. Take a look here... http://www.themouthpiece.com/images/casio.htm

Here's the code I added in the line that contains the logo image;

Notice I created a new image (casioleftright.jpg) and used this as the background for the containing cell. This will then repeat across the entire width of the page whatever page size users use (if that makes sense). It's early here and I've only just got up...!!!!

It's all about experimentation and playing around... and you obviously have a lot of enthusiasm for your site, so go on...... you know you want to ....:)

Wow...you know...I just didn't expect help like this. Thank you so very much. It is really late here so I am going to look at this with fresh eyes when I am not on my laptop while in bed. LOL...yeah i am a junkie. Good forum for me isn't it :)

I am wondering where you put that line in at? I can't seem to find anything similar to it. Is it in the logo header template? Thanks for helping me.

That is a custom table that replaces the existing table in the header I believe.

All I did really was to create the new image to be used as the background image for the cell (I called it casioleftright.jpg), upload that to your /images directory and add this;

background="casioleftright.jpg"

to the <TD> that contains the logo.
