He came here to look for suckers Joey, but one can not expect his site to stay up long with the FBI coming down on him, so don't bother to send him money because his site will be forced down by the host for copyright violations :eek:

I just don't see how a sales concept can be copyrighted?

The guy stole the graphic concept, that is like stealing a logo.

Original work that is copyrighted by the author and original artwork (logos, page styles) can not be used without permission, copyright law violations carry heavy fines and possible jail time :eek:

If I come here and take the code from this site and make a spoof site Joey can file charges against me.

Google had a case like this where some kid did the same thing to them and the style of the page itself is their trademark and the law recognizes it this way.

Well there are thousands of pages and sites now that have copied the originators concept :)

This guy did originally have a major copyright violation as he had an exact duplication of the original site, but he changed his pages quickly after reading this thread and the design is much different now!

well good for him he escaped the copyright violation thing after listening to your advice.
