Does anyone know how I allow these file types (http://forum.cricketweb.net/showthread.php?t=15004)? Any issues in allowing this?

rar is fine, add the extension in the ACP under attachments. They are just like zip files.

On the excell sheets, you may want to ask members to zip the files and then attach it. Of course, allow zip files.
