email in the profile!!! (help)

hi guys...
this message is my first... so i am so exciting..;)
anyway,
i have to learn that how can i add user's email to the public profile section...
but the real problem is that anyone must see user's email but administrator...
please help this is so important for me when i want to send g mail invitations to my members... otherwise i use admin control panel and this process makes me tired...;)

If I added my user's e-mail to their public profile I would imagine that would upset quite a few people...

Same here, i am confused you say you want everyone to see the email, but, the administrator. Shouldnt this be the other way around? I dont see how adding in an email to a personal profile will increase the process of adding in Gmail subscriptions? Or unless you wanted to do this individually and the hasstle of pressing a couple extra buttons doesnt appeal ... you could of course just ask your members to give them the email they would like the invitation to be sent to?
