When I go to the homepage (not the forums) all I get is the background, no content, ads, text, anything. Anyone else having this problem?

Mind explaining just what exactly it was that you did?
I am a little stumped as to whether you installed some FireFox extention which removed it all, or you are just bugged with spyware or something? O_o

I didn't do anything to my knowledge. After doing some scans on my computer, the only revealed malware was tracking cookes.

Everything is fine right now. I'm using IE.

anyone else experience this?

It hasn't happened to me on here in a couple of visits, so I'm assuming it's fixed, but I'm having this same problem on my Hunting (http://www.huntandfishfinders.com)site. When I go to the page, sometimes it redirects me to /profile.php which is a page that cannot be displayed.

Did you do something to fix this or something? I switched to 3.5 and vbadvanced CMPSat the same time you switched to 3.5 so I figured there was a bug or something.

Thanks!

Hmmm - no. Its doing it to me now, but only occasionally for some strange reason.

This might sound strange, but I have noticed a few things, that are hard or impossible to recreate, since upgrading to vb 3.5

Its seems 3.5 is just a bit touchy on some things, more so then 3.0x

I know how to fix that one. It's a vBa fix.

I know how to fix that one. It's a vBa fix..... for the benefit of others that may be having this problem add "profile.php" to your list of footer replacements in your CMPS settings.

Yes and edit adv_portal_welcomeblock per the thread at the vba site.

Sorry I didn't post the solution, I went off to fix the site.

NB: You can also add $vboptions[bburl] to the profile.php call in the vB footer template. It is due to the DST auto call.

Sorry I didn't post the solution, I went off to fix the site.I have the welcome block turned off on my sites so I always forget about that one. :o

NB: You can also add $vboptions[bburl] to the profile.php call in the vB footer template. It is due to the DST auto call.Adding the file name to the footer replacements will take care of it.
