I am a doctoral student at the University of Arkansas at little Rock –UALR-. I am currently working on my dissertation. The objective of my research is to develop a diagnostic tool to evaluate electronic service quality delivered via the Web.

This research is extremely important in identifying dimensions of superior electronic service quality from the perspective of Internet Users like you.

I would like very much if you participate in this project. Your participation in this project is very important to get the your perspective ,but it is also completely voluntary. You may decline altogether, or leave blank any questions you do not wish to answer. There are no known risks to participation beyond those encountered in everyday life. Your response will be confidential and data from this research will be reported only in aggregate. No one other than staff will know your individual answers to this questionnaire.

I'm sorry but question 9 onwards looks like undergrad quality and I'm remembering stuff from 20 years ago
