Question on "Framing"

Does anyone know how to "frame" the forums (or any sie for that matter) on a basic site? For instance, if I have a partner that has a weak forum or no forum. When someone clicks on the website's forum tab, I want my forum "within" or "fromed" into there site. This way they can view the forums and NOT leave the site.

Is there an easy way to place content on someone elses site without actually leaving that site? I don't want an RSS feed.

I cant help - I dont use frames because they make things a bit more difficult for some search engines.

I'm providing this link strictly as a source of information, but...

iframes are ugly and "not good design practice".
