Ok, we generally have to click the Scales pic to give reputation. But is there a way I could configure it so that I could give rep to people(On my forum) by clicking on where it says reputation? (The circled word in the pic below). Any help would be greatly appreciated.

One of my members wanted this. They wanted the reputation button so it could say in text "Reputation" instead of having a "scale" image there (i.e. http://www.chat-avenue.com/forums/images/buttons/reputation.gif). I think it's a good idea, as some don't know what that scale stands for, how could I edit my vBulletin Defualt skin to do this?
