Double Row of Links in NAV Bar?

Group,

Does anyone know how to get a double row of links in the Nav Bar all within the same "block"?

I have seen so many different ways of adding another row of links but they have all been outside of the same black in some way or another.

Just add a new <td> using the same class as the existing navbar row... IIRC it is class="vbmenu_option" or something like that.
