Starting from scratch, need help

Im looking for someone to setup a Spearfishing forum for me. I have a domain name, hosting, and a vbulletin license...thats it.

How much would one of you guys charge to help me get it up and running?

I just want it pretty basic and modelled after www.spearboard.com
