But Vbdesigns Doesnt Know When There Going To Update The Skin I Have. How Do I Get It Updated To 3.5.1

Because of the customization you'll have to wait until they release a 3.5.x skin.

3.5.x version has included new code that can have an effect on 3.0.x designs.

Otherwise you'll have to go in and hand code the skin to a new version (if it's even possible due to copyright issues).
