building a website using PHP

hi, my website is happycajuns.com . I love it... however, it's only a temp for some religious research. It's only supposed to be for cajun heritage and recipes... anyway... I just purchased some more web space, a domain name, and some more bandwidth... for the final website. I'm looking to find a great template or have one made. here it is... www.prisonerofhope.org . I use frontpage to edit my site... though I have everthing from macromedia flash to dreamweaver to fireworks... etc on my pc... I don't know how to use them and don't have much time to learn. When I build a website every page is simply copied from the home page... the contents are changed... then saved as the appropriate page. as you can see on my current website. The only problem with this is it takes WAY TOO LONG! I have thousands of documents to publish onto my site... and don't have the time to do it. How do I create a type of entry fields accessed from the internet on the site and upload or type in the document... and have it automatically upload on the site without having to do it manually. I heard you can do this using PHP... or something about CSS??? I'm not sure. Please help me with this. I would appreciate it much. thanks
