The V-Bulletin annoucement at the top of the forum index page ruins it!

Please take down the v-Bulletin deal off the top of the index page, it takes up so much space that it ruins the forum's main index page!

There is already a major banner up there and now this forum under it that is nothing more than an ad!

I have to agree with Anthony on this one. It's positively hidjus and it seriously cheapens the whole atmosphere of this forum.

You know, advertising on a website or forum is just as ugly as billboards on freeways. And probably most of the regulars around here ALREADY run two or more boards and don't need an introduction to vBulletin.
