I am using the latest 3.5.3...it seems that I cannot up load attachments over 1 Meg...I contacted my host and they have up'ed my size limit to 64 Megs...so that has been taken care of...I set the max level of attachments in the admin panel to 70 Megs for all types of files...so thats taken care of...but it's still a no go !!!!
I have read a couple of threads at the Vbulletin community forum about having to modify the php.ini file and the MySQL file....but be damed if I can find those files and the instructions on how to fix the prob in those threads is so ambiguous I can't figure it out.
Can someone PLEASE tell me how to fix this problem in a clear, easy to understand way....thanks
