download section and a flash gallry

i have just installed vbadvaned my site is www.bahrainroot.org/forum
however i need to install a download section for vbadvanced plus i need to make a flash gallry where i can put flash movies sum thing like newgrounds.com or any thing similar to that so can any body give me a hand in searching for these addons or can provide me with names how ever if any one is intersted in helping me out my msn is z.o.x at hotmail dot com

ps: i will give windows live invite to any 1 who give me the exacly what i'm looking for
