hi all i have allways wanted a vb forum but i have not got the money to buy 1 but i found out that some ppl with vb forums can subhost ppl for free if any1 can help plz pm me asap

this is not possible, and would violate the licence agreement, you are thinking about phpBB, you can get a free one of those almost anywhere.

What by chance would your forum be about, try and sell us on it.

Unless you get someone to add on some forum categories and let you be a moderator and play to your hearts content. But it's still their forum...
