He means not an owned on, but then leased ones only are valaid for one year.

there is say 1 yr 5 months left now so worth about £65 rather than 72

£72=$127. That is WAY to much. a l licence = about 80, and a half = about 40
80+40=120. You will want to sell it for much less than what it is worth if you want to get any where.

there is no way i will pay £65 for a leased licence... if i wanted the licence that bad i would round it up to £91 and get an owned licence
