i need some suggestions

I need some suggestions, im a staff member for a Producer/DJ/MC website and we have a rule that states "You must reply to three other peoples posts in the talent section before posting your own work" we do that so everybody has a chance to get some feedback. below is a copy of the thread that states what needs to be done before posting and why and it seems like most the members totaly ignore this rule, i for one am sick of warning people for breaking this rule agian and again, Does anybody here have any ideas on how i can make sure this thread is read by the members and the rule followed? this is gettin on my nerves.


people have been getting warned for not replying to three post and some people are good at making it look like they have replied to three post but havent so here is a way we can see what you have replied to to sure that you dont get warned for not replying. Remeber you can reply to any part of the Talent section HomeMade Beats Audio Tracks Blends anything music.

List and link your replies in your post.

that way we as mods can click your links and see your reply and if they are not acceptable a note will be left next to that post link on your post letting you know however you will still be warned but the warning will not be a offical warning it will be a alert to let you no that you can't give that type of reply

this way we see your replys and we dont have to warn you for not seeing your replies or knowing what you replied too

If you can add a filter in starting the thread for members not having at least 3 post. And make sure you removed all the post of those people not following the rules to set as an example.
