SONY would delay the launch of its PlayStation 3 game console in Japan to November on concerns that technology to prevent copying would not be ready, a report said today.

PlayStation 3 uses the next generation Blu-ray Disc, which is expected to have a greater storage capacity than its rival format, HD DVD.

That sounds pretty cool.. Can't wait to check this thing out...

The Xbox is really cool but with regards to games,.. i'd say sony still tops it when it comes to production... oh well that my opinion though

Was considering picking it up, but there are still rumors about blu-ray having unbreakable region locks. If that's the case, I'm not wasting money n the PS3.
