I am getting tons of traffic to view some exclusive photos of a new trailer...but not many are joining the forum.

I have the photos for all to see, should i make them available to members only or will this run everyone away?

I would leave the photos open to the public, but set the forum so that they can't post unless they register. That's pretty standard

I agree with sweetheart. You can also add some freebies to attract sign ups.
