My Admin has a problem when accessing /index.php

Hi there, today my admin reported to me that when he accessed /index.php of my forum he got this: click here! (http://www.myfilehut.com/userfiles/25050/openingindexphp.bmp)

In that image it's some thing of him downloading index.php. I don't know of you get this but try accessing this: www.blue-inc.org/index.php do you get a download pop up of any sort?
