How easy is it to update the software? Is it as simple as clicking a button in your admin interface or do you need to use ftp?

You have to FTP the new files then run an upgrade script. This is beta 1. Don't run out and install it unless you know what you are doing.

The template system will tell you which templates you need to revert.

I've installed it on a test forum...
A lot of reverts & with new buttons , any additional styles will need to be updated as well.
Like I said there will be a few updates in a short period. It will be worth waiting.
Also if you are running vBadvanced this will require an update as well

Thanks beller - I am off to get the gold version now. However I also have to pursuade my host to upgrade their PHP version too.
