Paid Subscriptions

What do you offer your paid subscribers? I want to offer this sometime next year, but I'm not sure what to offer them for paying. I think I want to charge like $10 for the year. I don't know.

I don't have paid subscribers, but some suggestions I've seen elsewhere:


access to special paid-members only forums
access to special services/tools
newsletters
discounts on purchases
personal pages
special forum titles

some people also give away an @yourdomain.com email address.

Depending on the "level" I've seen they offer:

Bigger PM inboxes
Bigger attachment limits
Images and links on signatures
Private forums wich every user can moderate
Access to other personal services like gallery, classified ads, arcade even.
