Shoutbox in any html (php) webpage

please help me, i want to include a shoutbox to my html (php) website, i did it with a shoutbox, but then many peopple were cloning usernames, so i want a shoutbox thah could work with vbulletin, but i want the shoutbox to be displayed in my html (php) webpage, not in the forum, is there any way to do this???

The shoutbox uses the vB permissions system, I really don't think it would work without the user already being logged in to your forums. Only people who tick the remember me box when logging in will be logged in when visiting the HTML page.

Another problem maybe cookies.. vB uses cookies to keep track of who's signed in. The page needs to call the cookie in order for the shoutbox to work correctly.

In short what I'm saying is it's probably more trouble than it's worth as it won't work correctly with vB's usergroup permissions.

(this is all theory correct me if I'm wrong somebody) :)
