help changing the back round

Hi guys how do you change the back round? not just the color but i want to add a pattern? im not good with html but i will try this is my forum so far www.forum.suncam.tv thanks for the help . Ross

In the ACP under All Style Options for the style you want to change, use the body css area. It's the first CSS area I believe.
