[Solved] I need Help.

My website was hacked this morning. I delted this remmaoui person from my Admin panel. But I cant' rid of him in my User Panel. He is still there. when I click on the go buttong to delete him it won't do it in the Users Area of the Control Panel. But he is deleted from my Admin area. I want to rid this person out of my website, what do I do? Where do I look? Please help, I"m afraid he's coming back soon, Carmen

Did you ban his IP yet?

He doesnt have an IP address or anything when I click on his info. It's all blank. It just show's his screen name and email address. He made himself Admin but when I looked at the Usergroups he was under Super Moderator and I deleted him from there. For Admin it only shows me, my friend and Tech support which is me again. He is still listed at visitors visted within the last 24 hours http://www.hispanicmilitarywives.com (you see his screen name) and I can't delete him from my USER area of my control panel. I can delete other people but not him. He won't do anything with him when I put it on Delete user and press GO, it doesn't do anything! I'm scared his comming back.. I don't know what to do.. Carmen

I paid $160 dollars for this forum and I can't even get proper support from vbulletin. Geesshhhhhh, this is upsetting. Carmen

This happened to me before and my husband cleaned it up for me. He's in the hospital so I couldn't get too much detailed info. He just told me this:

-she will need to delete each instance of the user within the phpmysql database (not as simple as it sounds) since the user doesn't have an IP.

or

-you can load a previous backup and make precautions to disallow the person to sign up again.

Ummm, How I do have backups, I did one a few days ago. But How do I do I put my backup up to my website?

Do you know what this person did to get himself added? This is fustrating because this same group marokki team hacked me last week and put pictures of dead isareli children on my website.

How would I get to phpmysql database- I have Rockethost, I think it's a different setting. Carmen

Until you found out how he got in, he will continue to get in.

I sent vbulletin support ticket and gave the guy my problme but then he replied back with some off the wall answer, all he said was something about flashchat and how it was vulnverable. Didn't even answer my question about how to get rid of this guy. And I'm still waiting for my answer to the question. Then I post it in the vbulletin as to why my question was not answered, they the manager got mad at me for posting that I was not done with my question, and now I in limbo on what to do.

Ask that question to your host and they should be able to help you with that.

Most hosts are very kind.... until it comes to dealing with vB. :rolleyes:
My host bought a license just so he could familiarize himself with vB so they could help out their customers.

Well yeah, if you go the correct route to get help, then you don't get the answer you want, and end up posting out in public, I think I would get upset too. I know you're frustrated and scared, but wait until they can get back to you. Does your host have a message board? If so, check that out and ask questions there too.

Plus you have a military support site and maybe that's why you're a target for hackers? Not really sure. You got hacked last week too?

Yea the same people with pictures of Israli dead children and some weird funky music in the backgroud. My host helped me detelted the files infected and I took out the flashchat I had. But since then I repuloade the files (new honroable member, poll and the new flashchat 4.7.0) but this time they didn't (looks like) change anything or added some crazy pictures, just made themselves undeletable.

I called back my host again and got someone helpful! He told me about my php panel area that I never new about and delted him out of my website! Thank you for your information, I"m glad I have a place to go when I need help!
