How do I make a static page?

I want to place a page at

http://www.mp2kmag.com/store

I created a forum at that location, but it's not really what I want. I just want it to be a static page where I can place some html info and link but still look all around like the forum (header and footer). Just not have any forum functionality, hope that makes sense.
