Ok i would post a picture of what i want but fan forum is down right now.

ok so my question is, fan forum(if anyone has ever been there) has it that for the moderators for each forum, when they post anywhere on the site it show what forum the moderator.

how can i do that on my board.

P.S. Fanforum is a Vbulletin forum.

I don't know of any other way then to edit each mods profile and assign them a user title (ex Main forum mod, events mod, etc) individually.

I hope there is a 24hr. rule on threads before they can be bumped again, if not, I'm implementing it right now. I'm sure someone here can help you but you need to allow time for a response.

^Edited to say that I didn't mean this in a mean way, honest. I'm trying to figure this out too because this is something I'd like as well.

Also...anybody know the $vbphrase for forums that have moderators? I did a phrase search and there are so many. I'm trying to see if I can do this for my forums, but I'm going to end up needing help too, but it's worth a try.

Easy there. No there's no 24 hour rule for bumping a thread. Also if your question is different, you should start another thread ;)

I'm sorry Mary, but no, I don't know how to do that. Danny gave you one suggestion.
Otherwise, I might suggest asking at vb.org

There is no rule, but I will tell you, those trying to help will likely think pushing too hard is rude.

Many forums ask for this courtesy, some have hacks to enforce it, others will kick you out for being rude. ;)

I searched the .org for "moderator postbit" and didn't find anything after 3 pages.

I was interested in this too.. Maybe PM the admin of the board and ask them. Most admins are happy to share in my experience. :)
