Ok guys I broke down and purchased VB and converted my PHPnuke site that used PHPBB2 board. I really like VB I think its a lot nicer from the users point of view as well as the administration side. The bad think is all the url's have changed now. From what I can tell none of the pages are indexed anylonger. Before the url's were like www.mysite.org/modules.php?name=Forums&file=viewtopic&t=15371 now they are like www.mysite.org/forum/showthread.php?t=434 so none of the links from outside the site work anymore and I knew this would happen. But the pages that were all indexed are now gone. It will take a while to get the new forum indexed. I have done some seo hacks to the new site like Vbseo google site map. I also did the H1 tags hack to the forum thanks to you guys. What are some other things I can do to get Google hopping through my forum again. Used to I would see anywhere from 50 - 150 spiders going through my forum. Now I only see a few at a time. I dont know much about .htacess so if you have any tips there let me know. I have read some of you suggest mod_rewrite for more se friendly url's but some say don't.
Thanks for all the tips so far and thanks for any future input.

At this stage, you have done more then you needed to. The site will be indexed again, not to worry.

Best thing to do is get links to www.yoursite.com/forum (http://www.yoursite.com/forum) - the more links you have, the more you'll get spidered and the faster you'll get indexed. But even if you do nothing else, its just a matter of time now.
