I have posted this also on the official vbulletin.com site but I though I share it with you too
Lets say you have Administrators and one Custom Group, the Forum Leader page will most likely look like
http://img135.imageshack.us/img135/6159/untitledho3.jpg
Lets say you would like to have the Custom Group on top instead.
AdminCP -> Usergroups -> Usergroup Manager -> Custom Group -> Edit
You simply add
<!-- sort: 1 -->
in front of the Usergroup title so it will look like
http://img156.imageshack.us/img156/1096/untitledgi9.jpg
Now simply continue with sort: 2, 3 etc.
The result from this example :
http://img142.imageshack.us/img142/6637/untitledzo1.jpg
If you look closely you will see that Administrators and the Custom Group are now swapped.
Unfortunately there is one limitation. If you have a moderator assigned to a specific forum, the moderator group will be still displayed on top of the list. If you have mods only in the default usergroup Moderators, you can sort this group too.
