Please take a look at my forums and tell me what to change

Hey guys I run 4 Nissan related clubs with forums. 3 are VB and one is PHP-Nuke. I plan on converting it soon though. Plese check out www.clubtitan.org www.clubarmada.com and my newer site www.clubxterra.org and tell me if you would change the color of the google ads or placement at all. My clicks have gone down considerably in the last few months. I am getting about 1/5th the clicks I used to get with only 2 forums. By the way I seem to get fewer clicks on my adsense ads from the VB sites than I did when they were running phpbb forums.
