Nope, USA pages only. Or pages/bussinesses that deal directly with USA people or bussinesses I believe, so they have to be registered on the USA IRS I think.

Well what can I say. It is now 30th June 2007 while I am writing this and can confirm that YPN is still in Beta. Yep that's correct, it's still in beta.

Google had launch a PPA program March time they started testing it in Beta and now it is coming out of Beta so that more publishers and advertisers can use it.

I'm sure Yahoo will move forward soon though and bring theirs out of Beta. lol

damn, i was really looking forward to using the Yahoo ads, so does this mean that if i am not from USA i can not have there ads?

also if i know someone from america (under 18) could i get them to register and send money to them etc?

It's probably nothing you'll want to lose much sleep over. YPN seems to have closed their program down to new applicants.
