I just created a new site that fills that exact problem. We have a growing list of forums for you to post on and you can choose to post on any of them. Those posts will get credited to you, making it more likely that people will choose to post on yours.

The site is free to use and it's completely ad-free. It's just a service to help get new forums off the ground. The site is in my sig. Let me know what you think.
