I'm looking for a total transformation of my community website for the town of Burnley in Lancashire, England.
It's for local discussion about local issues although general discussion is welcome on the site also: www.burnleyweb.com
I've no idea what I want, other than something original that will not be released anywhere and fits in with the the Burnley and Pendle area and has a "community" feel.
There's a nice skin on vb.org (See Here (http://www.vbulletin.org/forum/showthread.php?t=128370)) that has that kind of feeling, but I want something more.....
Prices, ideas, examples welcome from skin designers. I'm also looking for one for a website for discussion about British issues but i'll wait until the first site is completed.
