Dave A 11-02-2006, 01:17 PM I'm not telling :D
Sorry. Touch of madness. Watching the European Music Awards while I'm tapping away.

Peggy 11-07-2006, 09:54 AM Do my forum members have to register on your forum to have their vote count, assuming they click on the link on my forum?
Nope. They just click the link on your site, that's all.

Peggy 11-08-2006, 01:13 PM RC... they have to vote from your site. I believe those are the rules. But I left a pm for Dave at Top vBulletin to ask. I wouldn't want you to lose any votes. :)
Peggy 11-08-2006, 01:51 PM I received a pm from Dave saying that people were supposed to vote from the contestants' websites. However, it's too hard to track it like that, so placing your link here is ok.
Therefore.... I'd appreciate some vote too y'all!! http://www.top-vb.com/in.php?id=13 :D

So forget the selfish demands to vote for those other guys!

minstrel 11-08-2006, 08:30 PM Yep. Just giving them a choice. That's democracy, right?
And in this case, it's a question of SUPPORT A NOT-FOR-PROFIT ORGANIZATION, NOT THOSE GREEDY SELF-SERVING OTHER GUYS. VOTE FOR PSYCHLINKS!! (http://www.top-vb.com/in.php?id=17)

RC Attacker 11-09-2006, 11:29 AM So then we can tell people that arent on the forum?
Peggy 11-09-2006, 11:37 AM Well of course you can. These people here aren't on your forum are they?
minstrel 11-09-2006, 11:37 AM Yes you can.
RC Attacker 11-09-2006, 11:51 AM RC... they have to vote from your site. I believe those are the rules. But I left a pm for Dave at Top vBulletin to ask. I wouldn't want you to lose any votes. :)
Oh, sorry. This is why I thought you couldn't.
Peggy 11-09-2006, 12:03 PM I received a pm from Dave saying that people were supposed to vote from the contestants' websites. However, it's too hard to track it like that, so placing your link here is ok.
Therefore.... I'd appreciate some vote too y'all!! http://www.top-vb.com/in.php?id=13 :D
But then I came back with this, sweetie. It's ok... he said you can place your link on other websites. Each vote is tracked by IP. Each person can vote once every 72 hours. A vote that is registered from the same IP more than once in a 72 hour period is deleted.
I can copy and paste the PM if you'd like?
This was all supposed to be done from the contestants' own website only. Which is why it's a bit confusing for some, now. I'm going to suggest to him that he post the new rules on his site and send an email out about it, because some site will have few votes, thinking that they can post their vote url only on their own site.
RC Attacker 11-09-2006, 12:19 PM Okay thanks I get it now. No need for PM.
SteveAR 11-10-2006, 02:42 AM 3rd place? guess i have to get on it. lol
RC Attacker 11-22-2006, 03:20 PM I guess she won?
minstrel 11-22-2006, 07:06 PM If you can call cheating your way to the top "winning"...
I hope it makes her happy. That wasn't a contest. It was a mess.
Cky47 11-25-2006, 11:19 AM Checking out the link now...
