how can i send an e-mail to all members whith html

is it hack

if it is hack can i have it ?

sniper, your best bet is probably CommBull if you want to do this at semi-regular intervals.

For versions up to 3.5x, there is a free version of CommBull at vBulletin.org. For 3.6x, there is a $10 USD cost and you can get it at www.octanedev.com.

If it's a one time or occasional thing, in 3.6x you can use Admin CP | Users | Send email to users.
