I have a hack request...


How about an easier way to set a user to Tachy Goes to Coventry... A way without going to the admin cp. Perhaps an option in the user's profile to set them to Tachy Goes to Coventry.

Tachy Goes to Coventry is a setting in vBulletin. Basically, it places a user on ignore for everyone. He still sees his posts, but the other users cant see them.

Its a good way to ban spammers IMO because they typically think they are still spamming, when in reality, nobody can see their posts. So, they dont try to re-register.

So if I put myself on Tachy Goes to Coventry, would I still be able to see my own posts? :eek: Hmmm... interesting concept.

question... if the user is placed on TGTC, can he/she still be seen on the members list?

haha... depends on how smart they are. If they see noone is replying to their posts....
