I have a user that i have ban, Both Username and IP but he can still get on. I know for a fact he is using a proxy. How do i block proxies?

It's hard to block proxies. It's hard to block AOL users. Put his user id in tachy goes to coventry and forget about him.

Or additionally use the miserable user hack in conjunction with the keep user logged in hack.
