Hi David,Thanks for comment and yeah no how hard it is to get something off the ground.There are a few well known anxiety forums in the uk but none that uses vb (i don't think) my partner is a anxiety sufferer and my brother is a top p.c. wizard so loads off help there.
Trying to learn myself which can be time consuming as you prob no yourself.
Any tips always helpful.

1. start threads with articles about panic disorder, diagnosis and treatment

2. join other related forums (like mine :D ) and put the link to your forum in your signature

3. submit to other free directories
