I have added the "User Rank File Path" when editing the user ranks in the "User Rank Manager" but the images still do not appear. When I return to the "User Rank Manager" the "User Rank File Path" is empty again. I'm a little confused, if you can help I'd appreciate it.

1. I have added the "User Rank File Path" when editing the user ranks in the "User Rank Manager" but the images still do not appear.

For this, try going to User Rank Manager and at the top of the page click on It is recommended that you update user titles and ranks after adding, editing, and deleting user titles or ranks.

That should update your badges.

2. When I return to the "User Rank Manager" the "User Rank File Path" is empty again. I'm a little confused, if you can help I'd appreciate it.

The display type field is set to if displaygroup = this group, right? You are putting in something like "images/ranks/yourimage.gif". And then you are clicking on save, correct?

If you have this setup like this then I'm not sure what the problem is. Maybe someone else can help with #2.

Yeah the wording on that option is a little confusing, even when they are saying to input the path, you have to put the complete route to the file, filename included. Maybe that's the issue.

I figured it out. It won't let you enter a rank image and rank title. This is where I was screwing up. I use a military ranking system and I was adding the title so that those not familiar with the system would understand. I guess I will have to add these titles into the images.

You can make new usergroups if you want to do it by military rank.
