Ive recently changed over to VB from IPB and found the forum looking for the mod i need. Cant find it unfortunately so its back to google :(

Its a 'Pay To Post' mod:

To start a thread in the relevant forum you must pay a fee but the forum and posts are visible to all members and all members can reply to threads, you only pay to start a thread. Similar to how Sitepoint use their Market Place.

Ive found a mod for an earlier version on VB.org but as im using the latest version it wont work and is no longer supported by the author. Ive now replied over there saying that i'd be happy to pay for it but so have other people without any response so it looks unlikely :(
